Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. All products are ‘available’ from our suppliers at the time they are released but are subject to change without notice.

2. Payment is accepted via bank transfer or card payment over the phone once you have received your tax invoice.

3. Delivery costs will emailed to you once the order has been placed, goods may be shipped direct from our major suppliers or from our warehouse in Perth. Couriers can include Team Global Express, TOLL, Border Express, Star Track Express, Australia Post etc.

4. Returns are accepted at the buyers expense. Damaged goods will not be eligible for a refund. Pools and liners are non-refundable once payment has been made unless it is a sellers error, amendments may be possible if the order has not been fully processed.

5. Buyer must contact us as soon as the goods are received if there is an issue with the goods supplied.

6. Any goods returned to any of our warehouses must be returned at the purchasers own expense.
